1. We apply stringent criteria in selecting our websites. Due to our rigorous quality control measures we apply, we implore you to submit only good quality real estate websites. The reason why we apply such strict criteria is because we appeal to users/visitors online browsing experience. The stringent criteria is applied to both categories of site exchange and paid for inclusion. Besides, if you submit excessive reciprocal links, we will not accept it. We reserve all the rights to reject websites that we consider to be of low quality and have no relevance to real estate. This reserved right even apply to the category of paid for inclusion. However, if you website is rejected under any circumstances, we will give you a full refund.
2. Please submit only the Top-Level domain. We do not accept any sub-domain and sub-category URLs.
Example : http://www.yoursite.com or http://yoursite.com not http://sub.yoursite.com and http://www.yoursite.com/1.html and http://www.yoursite.com/subcat/
3. Please submit only one URL at any one time. We will reject URLs which are
3.1 Duplicates,
3.2 Spam or
3.3 Repetitive submits.
4. Please select the correct category to submit your URL. We will reject all links which are submitted into the wrong category immediately.
5. We will not accept the following:
5.1 Sites that comprise, constitute, or endorse any form of illegal content.
5.2 Sites that use cloaking and/or redirects to another URL. Please use your original URL for submission purposes.
5.3 Sites that are "under construction." Submit your website only when you have finished building each and every internal page.
5.4 Sites that are "mirror websites" We will not hesitate to reject mirror websites which contain identical content but link to different URLs.
5.5 Sites that have a majority of affiliate links. Affiliate links promote or sell products or services outside of their website.
5.6 Sites which are considered adult or to be associated with pornographic material.
5.7 Sites that has been banned by any search engines. Examples include Google, Yahoo, MSN etc.
5.8 Sites hosted on free servers such as: Homestead, GeoCities. However, we accept exceptions of websites being hosted on free servers if you submit the URL to our Featured links.
5.9 Sites with an "excessive" amount of pop-up or pop-under ads.
5.10 Sites which are considered low quality or they are purposely made for Google Adsense.
5.11 Sites that are considered totally unrelated to real estate.
5.12 Sites that are not submitted to the respective proper categories.
6. The entire title must be short and simple. Long titles WILL be rejected.
7. If you did apply for quality link exchange, please make sure your link placed on a page which has been cached already at least.
8. Both quality link exchanges and paid for inclusion is not a guarantee for any placement in our directory.. We reserve the right to reject any websites based on the decision by our editor.
8.1 If you have placed our link as quality link exchange and your site was rejected. PLEASE DO NOT FORGET TO REMOVE OUR LINK
